Many graduates have what it takes to succeed, but stumble in how they conduct their job searches or are inadequately skilled in presenting what they know and can do as a result of their college experience. This is one of the reasons why, even in a period of relatively high unemployment, over half of employers report having difficulty finding qualified candidates for job openings, and one-third say that recent graduates are very unprepared for their job searches.

Why BLAZE
The BLAZE program grew organically as a result of years of interaction with talent acquisition specialists, human resource professionals, hiring managers, and job candidates. Our team has worked with organizations of all sizes including early stage startup firms to global fortune 100 companies.
We provided specialized and personalized consulting services to assist companies in the strategic planning and implementation of their recruitment process. As a result we understand what job candidates need to know to be successful in their job search, their job transitions, and in their overall career planning.
Although it may seem intuitive to someone with experience how to prepare, navigate, and execute a job search to the young job seeker the entire process can be very overwhelming. Some may turn to their parents for assistance but most of the parents we talk to say that they lack the time, the experience, and find this type of engagement with their early job seeker very stressful. Even parents who have a strong understanding of the process state that having a third party offer coaching advice has helped immensely.
